Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@evoiro.com. When contacting us, include your order number and let us know which item(s) you wish to return.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email and provide further instructions where applicable.
Please note that consumers are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
